Cell Phone photos of entries cannot be accepted.

Please note that photos of entries taken by cell phones and emailed cannot be accepted.  Unfortunately, the quality is often very poor and it is very costly and difficult to print entries in this manner.  There are many free "apps" that can be downloaded to smartphones which can turn your photo into a printable PDF document and emailed.  Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
